Hi my name is Ralph, my beloved 7months old Japanese Spitz Yuki was attacked by a big dog in our building, she was succumbed to several injuries to her upper body and neck.
She was brought to the emergency animal hospital and the vet are currently doing further checks with any internal damages especially in the chest area.
We have talked to the owner however they are refusing to co-operate. We have also approached the local authorities but the process is taking way long than we expected however the vet require additional payments that we are struggling to provide.
