Katy's Service Dog

Hello, my name is Katy and I have bipolar disorder. 

I was diagnosed at 15 and throughout the years have developed issues like mood swings, generalized anxiety, PTSD, OCD, dissociative episodes, and mild psychosis. Because of my deteriorating mental health recently, I have been advised to adopt a service dog. 

I have found in a nearby city they're is a cost-effective training group where you can adopt your own dog, train them yourself, and learn alongside the dog. 

The goal of this fundraiser is to help me with a few things:

* Adopting a puppy suitable for training

* Medical costs of raising and spaying/neutering the puppy

* The $90 evaluation

* $650 level one training

* $500 level two training

* $350 level three training

* $500 specialty training

* Any additional training costs that may pop up

* Transportation costs to and from the training facility
