Help Jose get back on his feet and give love and support

Hi my name is Jose Parra Jr,

I am a single father who is a diabetic that is bleeding out losing blood due to stomach and intestinal ulcers also have a tare in my stomach hernia and I am and have been in and out of the hospital now for the past 3 months and I am unable to work to work or pay my bills and take care of my family my hands are tied at this point and I am up to my neck with medical bills along with my everyday bills and finances and lm losing my mind wondering how and if I will be able to recover and pay my bills and regain my health and well being back to normal and I am a proud and prideful man who wouldn't ask for help and always workd hard to get what was needed and I would give help to anyone who was in need of help even if it was my last few dollars in my pocket I'd give them to help them with food or water so I know they ate and not left hungry. I have a big heart and compassion for all people and hope that someone else out there will do the same feel in they're hearts to give help to those who are in need. I'm not asking for much but anything will help me and my family get through this time of need I appreciate all and anything you can help with and am very thankful n grateful for everyone's help and support I can't thank everyone of you enough for everything God blessed to all.
