Help homeless dogs at risk of being shot

More Info

My husband and I live in Bulgaria and recently we have had the company of 3 stray dogs who have decided to camp out in our garden.

We are fairly sure 2 of them have been dumped by previous owners which is devastating, for us and them! We think the 3rd is a true stray and is only young. They are all desperately skinny and all are in need of daily food, neutering, and 2 are in need of urgent medical treatment.

The old hunting dog has an injury to his front leg and is limping badly - we think this is why he has been discarded. The young boy has a badly broken front leg with an open wound which is horribly infected, he will die a painful death if he does not have urgent treatment.

Sadly we already have dogs and a cat and we just can't afford to adopt them into our family.

We would like to build them a shelter at the edge of our land along with feeding them daily and getting the urgent medical treatment they so desperately need.

If we kick them off the land back into the village they are at risk of being shot or poisoned as they will be seen as a nuisance whilst they try desperately to scavenge for the little food that might be available.
