Hello! I'm raising money for my friend, Hannah, who has had to overcome a great amount of hardship without the support of family. She is starting a new chapter, and to support her move, we are trying to raise $1,200.

Hello!
My friend, Hannah, has a huge heart, and is working to start a new chapter of her life. She works at a local hospital in direct patient care; is hard-working and empathetic; is an LGBTQ+ advocate, as well as proponent of mental health.
Hannah has gone through and overcome so much, including dissolved family connections and being in the foster care system.
She has been a huge support for me in regard to navigating and ultimately leaving an abusive relationship within the last year. However, I also know firsthand from this experience - I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support and love of friends, and especially family. Hannah has overcome so much, and is facing unforeseen obstacles alone and without that same support of family.
Hannah has had to navigate not being able to drive due to a medical condition, as well as being displaced in regard to housing, or having temporary housing. She had worked in the medical field through COVID, and has stayed loyal to that same position, even when it has meant taking a bus to and from work that has culiminated in a a 2+ hour-commute one way.
She is hoping to have a fresh start with a move to a new city, with a job in place and additional supports there for her. However, due to PTO not being paid out, she does not have the necessary amount needed for her deposit/first month’s rent at her new place.
