Help for save dog

This boy needs a blood transfusion in order to survive. We woke up this morning and found him very sick. We rushed him to the nearest animal hospital that was open and they immediately took him in and told us he is anemic and has a immune disorder where his red blood cells are attacking them selves. They gave us two options, First is to do a blood transfusion with a minimum of a 24 hour stay and the second is to euthanize him. As many know dogs are family, Leo has been with us since the day he was born. We cannot give up on him. 

The vet bills are going to be high due to this being an emergency and this is the only local animal hospital that can perform this procedure. We are not ones to ask for handouts, but due to being out of work for the last 5 weeks due to the Covid-19 any donation will help us tremendously. If you cannot donate please say a prayer for my dog  . He is the most loving caring dog there is.
