For the past few months I've been tremendously blessed to work with a small group of believers in Pakistan via video call, helping with Bible classes and worship services. These brothers and sisters are amazing missionaries, and thanks to their sacrificial love and dedication, 600+ individuals in a very hostile area nearby have received Christ as their Saviour in just the last 9 months (Praise God!). However, this large group of new Christians are now facing extreme persecution from their community. They have been completely socially boycotted, rendering them unable to work or purchase food for their families. They have been without any food for 17 days now. More recently they were also cut off from the water supply, but thankfully, by God's grace and the courage of one of the brothers I'm blessed to work with, the situation was brought before the authorities to fight for the rights of these citizens, and the situation was rectified. But they are still without food, and as of this morning two brothers and one child have died from the effects. Please, if you're able, help us to save these innocent lives. The small group I'm connected with are willing and anxious to purchase rice and flour and deliver it to these families personally, despite the danger, but simply don't have the financial means to do so. They are aiming to buy 150 20kg bags of flour and 100 10k bags of rice, which will cost about $1700 USD / $2200 CAD. If you're impressed to help this cause, it will be tremendously appreciated, and of course, if you're unable to help financially, we're grateful for your earnest prayers. We know that true Christianity brings persecution, and we're not surprised by this. Yet we're encouraged to share what we have to relieve suffering as we are able. In this we glorify God and His selfless love. "Freely you have received, freely give." Thank you & God bless you!

James 2:14-17 "What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."

Luke 6:38 "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you."
