Please help me get physical therapy to walk again

 last April I was riding my scooter home when I was cut off and it caused me to wreck I spent 32 days in the hospital and I had multiple surgeries on my right leg and on my left wrist. After I left the hospital I was not referred to physical therapy because I don't have insurance and now that it's been a couple months I'm scared that I'm not ever going to walk again I think it's sad that Living in America you can't get to treatment you need to have a normal life all I am asking for is money to go to physical therapy it's going to be $50 for consultation and $50 per visit if this is going to change my life this is going to help me walk again and regain use of my hand so that I can go back to work and live a normal life I desperately need this
