Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I hope you will support me in my cause by making a donation.
This year, I have signed up for Ride for Ration 2020 (RfR 2020) and committed to cycle 200km in the month of September to support their cause.
I have set a goal of raising $10 for every km I have signed up for under the RfR event.
I am counting on your strong support and generous donations to make it happen!
Donating is really simple and secure. All donations will directly go to Ride for Rations 2020.
BACKGROUND ON BIKE-AID(SINGAPORE) and RIDE FOR RATIONS 2020
COVID-19 has affected the lives of Singaporeans, and our low-income families have been hit the hardest.
Bike-Aid (Singapore) remains committed to providing monthly food rations to 440 needy households and monthly breakfast rations to 200 school-going children living in one-room rental flats. Your help and involvement can make this possible.
Your support for Bike-Aid's fundraising is much needed now. The volunteer group is severely short of funds this year due to COVID-19 (about 60% short as at early June 2020). The underprivileged of our community need your help the most in such difficult times.
WHY I SIGNED UP THIS YEAR
I started volunteering with Bike-Aid(Singapore) in their monthly rations distribution since last year.
Annually, Bike-Aid(Singapore) organises a fundraising event - Ride for Ration (RfR) to raise funds to support their beneficiaries. I did not participate in past RfR events as I did not feel confident of cycling on roads. Instead I supported their cause by making donations to my friends who took part in the event.
This year, due to COVID-19, they have adopted a new format for the event which I think is more manageable for me. And so, for a change, I decided I will sign up for the ride to help them raise more funds.
Do step forward and help by donating generously!
