Robyn is a kind-hearted person who has dedicated her life to the care of others. She is a single mother to a daughter who is just starting high school.
She also takes care of both of her parents who are disabled. She provides in-home care for them so that they can remain in their home. Her parents recently lost everything in the flood of 2016, after which their health began to severely decline. Her mother suffers from COPD and has to stay hooked to oxygen. Her father has dementia and has suffered a stroke.
Robyn goes to their house every day to care for them as they cannot afford in-home care. She brings them to doctor visits and does all their shopping and home care needs.
She is also a fur mom. She has rescued and cares for 7 dogs, 10 cats, 2 birds, and 2 snakes. These are all more than pets to her as she cares for them like a member of the family. She has never turned down a person or an animal who needed help.
She puts all these things before herself and unfortunately has not been able to hold a job due to the extensive care that her family requires.
Up until now, she has been able to rely on the income of her husband. He had been the sole provider for 30 years.
With him out of the picture now, she is struggling to get by.
She has started a cleaning service in order to try to make a little money so that she can afford to continue caring for those who rely on her. It will take a little while for her to get established, and she can really use all of the help that she can get.
Your contributions will help her to get back on her feet while she continues to care for those who depend on her.
