I'm raising money for a Christian School in Salto, Brazil. It's the only Christian School in the city and we are currently renting a house and need a bigger space for the school. A place with a infrastructure of a school
My name is Julia Lobato, I'm from Brazil. I lived in the USA for 3 years, Plaucheville, La; Erie, PA; and Abilene, TX are the cities I had the pleasure to live in and make the best memories. In my trejatory the calling for Missions was very clear and God worked in wonderful ways. In 2017 when I was in an exchange program in Erie I went to a Mission's Trip to Dominican Replublic serving in the Children's Ministry. In 2018 I attended ACU (Abilene Christian University) for a Semester, studying Bible.
When i returned to Brazil, Karine, my pastor's wife opened the first christian school at our city, in February 2019. In March everything shut down because of COVID. In the end of 2020 Karine lost her mom to covid 19 and decided she was going to shut the school down, because her mother was the principal. But God had bigger plans and spoke to us during a service and Karine invited me to join her and be the Principal at the School.
The School attends Daycare and pre-schoolers, from 6 months until 5 years old. We rented of 490 feet house to Open the school, we have 4 rooms in the house and the place can hold only 40 children.
For the glory of God the school has 40 students and are in need of a place with the infrastructure of a school and for that we need your help. Our School is a low tuition ($1000 a year) school, to serve vuneral families that seek to learn about God and provide that for their children. We are in need of new desks, a new playground a new infrastructure because the school is located in a house...
We are looking for a bigger place and we are going to need $8000 to cover all the new supplies and repairs in the new place that we rent to make the new place an actual school, with the good infrastructure for children. Please, help us to keep this dream alive.
