GETTING RUSTY HOPPE A HEADSTONE.

OK! I finally got enough $ to atleast order the headstone! WE STILL NEED 727$ BY THE TIME THE HEADSTONE COMES IN IN 4-6 months! The new picture I have posted is what the headstone will look like.
ANY AMOUNT WOULD BE HELPFUL. I've been telling everyone to give it to my mother (Sharon Croy @citizens bank of Ada 580-310-2364 cell) it would be a miracle if I didn't have to stress the entire 4-6 months. Thank you everyone that donated once again.
Rusty Dale Hoppe, 40
My name is Tyler Croy as most of you may know Rusty has been my BestFriend and BoyFriend for the last 6 years or so. I have created this donation page to help me raise money for Rusty a headstone.
Rusty passed away about 4 months ago, from breast cancer. I created this page shortly after, knowing there was no money to put towards it. I've just now been able to get up enough courage to price them and pick one out.
The headstone I have chosen is exactly what I think Rusty would have picked out for himself. (It will look similar to the one I've posted in the pictures for this page) it will be Solid black, polished, all smooth edges, with white writing. Also there will be a single case I want to try and get in the white marble (since Rusty would have wanted to be a little different).
The estimate I got is $1052.00. I would need to raise $526.00 to order and then I would pay the other $526 when the stone came in about 4 months later.
Never in a million years did I ever really think I would have to bury my BestFriend. Neither of us ever gave up hope. He had already beat cancer 3 times before I had ever met rusty (leukemia, breast cancer, mouth cancer).
Rusty always told me "everything happens for a reason", I just wish I knew that reason. I guess God has a plan for us all. This is by far the hardest thing I've ever gone through in my entire life (I know I'm young but I've been through more than most already). Everyone keeps telling me, " it gets better with time". In my expirience so far it's only been getting worse.
A lot of messed up things happened in the last two months of Rustys life, and of me taking care of him, that I'm not able to let go or forget. I would have never thought I had it in me to be a caregiver for someone this soon in my life. I guess Rusty also showed me that when u love someone you can do anything.
When I go visit Rusty at Rosedale cemetery I want to look at that beautiful headstone that will remind me of rusty and make me smile. As of right now I get even more upset when I go and see a poor little drum stick cross with faded writing. All the money Rusty had from his disability I ended up having to put towards his funeral ($1000). I couldn't let him have a "free funeral" he deserves so much better than that. I was hoping to use that money for his headstone from the beginning because to me that's the most important part because for the rest of my life everytime I pay my respects to him I will be staring at whatever headstone he ends up with.
I know for a lot of people this is kind of a rough time. Any amount donated would be greatly appreciated (even $5 or $10). If you do not want to donate on this page you can contact me at (580)279-4042. You can also contact my mom Sharon Croy either at Citizens Bank of Ada or on her cell phone (580)310-2364, she is keeping all of the money until it's time to order. If you are friends of the family feel free to give donations to Lynn & Kim Hoppe or Rusty Hoppe Jr., "Ty Hoppe".
Thank you so much for all the donations it litterally means the world to me, I know Rusty would feel the same. I never thot someone passing away could be so painful. I definately have a completely different outlook on life because of him.
