Get My Tuition Payments Rolling

I did a smart. I asked for an extension on when my first payment is due. I was granted one until May 11. But since I'm an optimist, I also asked to switch to the 40% down structure. I realized that adding over $300 to my monthly bills for six months was going to be harder on me each month than $90 for twelve. And since the MA is out of fiscal reach, I'm in no rush to get the BA. But help defraying that $790 down payment is still very much desirable and needed while Bob and I work on getting income rolling. Especially since he's realized he's burned out on school. So, all our income is now going to be job-related for a while. Plans are afoot!

More Info

I chose to return to college five years ago so I could get a decent career for the second half of my life that won't get outsourced so easily as my last occupation. I'm down to completing my senior project and as life would have it, the ceiling on undergraduate financial aid set by our wise and wonderful government was reached before I was done. I don't qualify for private loans to finish it off, either.

They offered me a payment plan to handle the matter. I'm also anticipating my Federal tax refund to be able to get it fully paid. But that won't come in before the first payment is due. So, here I am, working on making up the shortfall on that first payment after receiving gifts from caring friends to start it off.
