As mentioned above, I have the incredible (and exciting!!) opportunity to be part of a team going to Germany in July. While there, we will be working with refugees coming from a variety of countries and cultures, with a specific emphasis on Syrians. While there, our main goal will be to create meaningful relationships that can lead to Gospel-centred conversations.
I am particularly excited because the refugee crisis is something I have been praying over for the past several months and I am expectant that the Lord is going to move in big ways through these people. I believe the best way we (as Americans) can aid these men, women, and children who have left their homes and normal lives behind is to allow them a space to speak. My team will be doing exactly that this summer. I know that God is already preparing the hearts of the people we will speak to and twist and turn these conversations into conversations that ultimately allow us to share the explicit gospel in all of its truth.
Thank you so much for your interest in praying for and supporting me through this! I am trusting that the Lord is alongside me, even now, laying the cobblestone for my path from now to July.
