Tula Yoga Project provides specialized classes and trainings to populations who are at-risk due to the impacts of trauma and stress. TYP's offerings incorporate the many beneficial practices of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation with evidence-based stress management skills that build resilience, regulate the nervous system, and support the holistic healing of our students.
Tula Yoga Project works with individuals, groups, yoga studios, therapists, educators, healthcare professionals, recreation programs, corporations, and other nonprofit organizations to expand our reach and impact within the communities we serve.
