Medford, Ore. - Rogue Valley Scorpions gear up for the final tournament of the season happening March 29th - April 2nd going in as the No. 1 seed.
As the tournament approaches, the Scorpions need the community's help to raise money to get to Louisville, Kentucky. On March 18th, the team will hold a gamble-for-good night inviting the public to come play card games and help raise that money.
The team is only two years old and finished the 2018-2019 season ranked No. 4. Now, as the top seed, the players hope to bring home a championship.
"It doesn't have to be, you know, nothing crazy, but anything will help us," Tyrone Griner, one of the players, said. "We just want to get there and represent Medford to the finest we can and just make sure we put a stamp for us."
