Funding Projects for Children with Mental Disabilities

Hello everyone, 

As you may know, I am soon moving 3000 miles away from home to pursue my career. Before I leave, I wanted to do something special for my mother who has always been supportive of all my projects. My mother is a very charitable and generous woman. She has been working at a school helping student with mental disabilities for more than 20 years. She is now in charge of three schools that help children from 4 year-old to 21 year-old to get to their full potential and be able to find work, live experiences and being able to do things on their own. The schools are located in Montreal, QC.

Since the schools are considered non-profit organizations: a lot of the material and projects are doable due to donations of people. Every year, they have a charity event to raise money for the kids. (This year it is on May 25th)

My goal for this campaign, I know it is a lot to ask... it is to surprise my mother with a donation for her school. She works so hard and dedicates her life for these people and I would like to contribute and make a difference for them too. I know that Twitter has a very charitable mind and it would really be a truly nice gesture to help.
