Update #10

Hello all!

Yesterday ended the official campaign. Thank you to everybody for your love, support, and donations. The total amount that was raised for my FTD Awareness campaign was $2,600.00!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!! I will be mailing the Association of FTD a check for $1,300.00 to help them spread awareness and help find a cure.

The campaign can still be active, so I will be leaving it open if you know of anyone else that would like to help in any way. Thank you all again!

Much love,
Ashley

More Info

Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) is disease process that causes a group of brain disorders characterized by changes in behavior and personality, language and/or motor skills, and a deterioration in a person’s ability to function. Sometimes called frontotemporal dementia or frontotemporal lobar degeneration, FTD is a relatively rare and typically younger-onset form of dementia.  This disease changes a person's personality, behavior, memory, and emotions.  You can learn more about it at www.theaftd.org

I am currently in the process of putting together a walk to raise awareness for FTD in our hometown of Redding, Ca. As soon a I have more information I will let everyone know.  Any amount you can donate is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

#FundlyGivesBack

The main website for the campaign I put together for my Dad and AFTD is conducting another drawing to donate $100 to someones campaign. Just repost my campaign website domain https://fundly.com/ftd-awareness# to your Facebook and/or Twitter and use ‪#‎FundlyGivesBack‬. Be sure to use the #FundlyGivesBack or it won't put my campaign in the drawing! The more #FundlyGivesBack that are spread the higher change the campaign has!

~*~Spread Awareness~*~

The campaign is pretty close to reaching $2,000! Let's make it happen! Spread awareness and help raise money in the process! Send out e-mails, links, tweet it, post it, share it, do whatever it takes to spread the word about FTD! Remember, half the money goes to help spread awareness and help find a cure by being sent to The Association of FTD, and the other half goes to help my family with medical bills and a caregiver if and when the time calls for that to happen. The campaign link is: https://fundly.com/ftd-awareness
