We are raising money for Nancy Greenwood who has served as an EMT in Bradley Co. for 25 years. Recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer, we are rallying behind her. Please help the woman who has helped so many of us!
Nancy Greenwood has been an EMT for 25 years, serving all of Bradley County and surrounding areas. Nancy is the type of person who makes patients and family feel comfort in times of need, not only with the astonishing care she provides, but also with her calming presence. She has also spent the last several years working at Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren. This shows so much about her personality, as she is not only wanting to help patients, but genuinely cares for the family. Nancy spends her time away from saving lives to comfort the loved ones of the patients we could not save. This is a close, small community, similar to the EMS community. Nancy recently found out that she has advanced ovarian cancer. She has dedicated her life to everyone in this community in more ways than one, and has never expected to be the one in need of help. Nancy is having to undergo surgery as her first line of treatment in a couple of days. The funds that we gather will all go directly to her to help her with her living expenses during the mandatory 8 weeks she will be is off work, along with her medical bills, or any additional time she may need away from work for other treatment options. We want to ensure she has all the care at home she needs during this time. We ask that you join us in gathering as a community and rallying behind the woman who has given so much not only to Bradley County, but also the EMS community. We want to thank you in advance for your time and generosity.
