I am raising money for a project titled, "Faces of Veterans." Faces of Veterans is a photography project that began in 2018, and is aimed at photographing military veterans in New York State & surrounding States.

Faces of Veterans began in 2018. The goal is to photograph as many of the 838K military veterans living in New York State, as possible. To date, over 1,400 veterans have been photographed alongside their family members/significant others, in ten of the sixty-two NYS counties. Most recently, the project has been invited to expand into Vermont and Connecticut.
In the first year of this project, it cost approximately $8,000. The goal of this campaign is to raise a total of $16,000, which will fund it for the next two years.
Faces of Veterans has been done completely by donations, as well as self-funded by the creator, Stephen Willette. Willette is a sixteen year disabled veteran of the United States Air Force.
Contributions are vital to success of this project. All photos are done at no cost to the veteran. Upon completion, the veteran is able to download their images at no cost.
