We recently rescued several dogs that ended up needing expensive surgery for serious health issues. From broken jaw to heartworm treatment and poly cystic uterus, and everything in between.

Aspen had her left eye removed and recuperated very well. She is adapting to seeing with one eye. Her recheck was great!
Since 20 years, we have specialized in rescuing and treating dogs with health issues like skin disease, cataract surgery, dental disease, heartworm positive dogs, heart and kidney issues, etc.
We often take dogs that nobody will take. Once treated, they can be adopted and have a very good life in a home of their own. We need funds to be able to continue doing it. We believe there is no reason to put an animal down because he has a skin condition that is treatable, heartworm positive, which is treatable or dry eye condition, glaucoma, liver problems. All that is treatable and can me successfully monitored with drops or medication. In many cases, once the dog is treated, he doesn't need to be on medication at all.
This is our mission and we need your help to continue giving a second chance to the ones nobody wants.

JUNE is such a sweet girl. She was rescued in South Texas and was from a cruelty case. Her collar was embedded in her neck.
Unfortunately, June tested positive for heartworms and needs treatment to get rid of them. Heartworm treatment is gruesome for the dog and can be expensive.
We do not use the "slow kill" method. I might be cheaper but it takes two years during which time, the heartworms continue damaging the heart. June is only 3 years old and we want to give her the best chance at a good, healthy life.
She is now on the first month with Doxycycline and will have the first treatment shot in a couple weeks.
Please help her and share!

Aspen will have eye surgery on Monday, Oct 4.. Her left eye is scarred, dry and it's painful. Her tear gland is not producing any tears and her eye is shrinking. Monday morning early, Dr. Warren will remove the painful eye and she will feel so much better. A prosthesis will be inserted in her eye socket and she will look like she is winking at us all the time!
