Emergency help needed for living expenses

Hi, I'd like to remain anonymous for safety reasons but I'm a disabled trans person and I really need help with rent and bills this month. It's hard to ask for help like this when I've been taught my whole life that my suffering is the only way to be a "proper" disabled person but I can't do this anymore. My rent is due on Oct first and because of a recent emergency hospital stay and old national grid bills being sent to collections my bank account is overdrawn by $1,000 right now. I need to pay rent, utilities, and ongoing medical bills and I'm almost out of groceries. Anything you could give would be incredible and would really help me keep myself afloat. I don't know what else to do. Thank you -
