The Learning Disabilities Organization's facility, AMP Zone, will be used to host our 7-week re-entry program for the at-risk youth in Ocean County. Our curriculum consists of pre and post-assessments on education and job skills, and intense education process to prepare the youth for re-entry into primary or secondary schooling and/or equivalency testing, real-life job skill training, internships, informational seminars, educational workshops, and lasting partnerships with local businesses and schools.

Caseworkers provide information and assistance with obtaining ancillary services such as food, rental assistance, and social services.

Our staff will assist students with disability testing (Woodcock Johnson), TASC accommodations, prosocial behaviors, referrals for addiction or mental health issues and developing an Individualized Learning Plan (IEP).

All of our staff will act as mentors and build long lasting relationships with our youth. By helping the youths navigate themselves through real-life situations and showing them our caring and passionate nature, we will earn their trust. We will act as positive role models to give them somebody to look up to, while giving them the tools necessary to succeed on their own.

We need your help.

This program is completely free to the youth who attend, meaning fundraising is absolutely necessary for our survival. All donations will go towards our program including supplies and equipment, staffing, transportation for youth, and operating costs for our program. We supplement the cost of the program by hosting fundraisers and writing for grants, as well as offering pay-per-service events and classes for elementary aged students, but sometimes that isn't enough. These youth are dependent on outside help, and we are here to give them what they need.

Help us in our journey to better the lives of these at-risk youths by giving them the education, information, skills, and positive roles models by donating today.
