I am raising money to help Donna, our new rental agent here at Kenny Ross Chevy, and mother of two, with medical expenses & bills while she is out of work after having to have brain surgery to remove an aneurysm.
Donna Hixon recently started working at Kenny Ross towards the beginning of May as a rental agent. However, on Wednesday May 22, 2019, she experienced a seizure at her son's baseball game. She later found out that she had a brain aneurysm that had burst. She underwent emergency brain surgery on Thursday May 23, 2019. Thankfully, her surgery was successful and after about a week and a half stay in the ICU at Allegheny General, she is out of the hospital and recovering at home. However, she will be out of work for an indefinite amount of time, so to help with everyday bills and medical expenses, I am raising money to help her out. She has proven to be a great employee so far and is an all around wonderful person! She's an amazing mother to two adorable children, who are taking good care of her and watching over her.
Most people do not survive a brain aneurysm, so this was a scary situation for her and her family. We are all so thankful that her surgery was successful and that she is recovering, but unfortunately she still has the burden to pay bills (as do we all) but without being able to return to work. If you could find it in your hearts to help her out, any size donation is appreciated!
