Hello: The Dogue de Bordeaux Society of America is currently planning it's 2018 National Specialty Show, scheduled September 22, 2018 in Prescott, Arizona. The DDBSA is a 501©3 non profit breed club, which has been in existence since 1997. We received American Kennel Club recognition in 2008.
In addition to competing in conformation, the DDBSA celebrates the wonderful achievements of the breed. The club currently has over 130 members that share their Dogue de Bordeaux with the communities where they live, or visit, by functioning as service animals, completing breed education or even taking on the roll of a Grand Marshall at a parade. We also maintain and operate a fully-functional rescue which rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes Dogue de Bordeaux or Dogue de Bordeaux mixes in need.
To help celebrate this fabulous breed, we are hard at work planning the best National Specialty show in Club history. To help make this function successful we are asking for donations that can be used for either a single award, as part of a grouping or as a raffle/silent auction item. Your donation may be used to sponsor one of our planned events! Our Top 20 formal evening can be sponsored for $500, our Annual Awards ceremony for $150, our Parade of Rescues for $100 and Costume Contest for $75. You can furnish a sign to be displayed or we can have one made, thanking you for your generosity in sponsoring our event.
Anything that you have to offer would be greatly appreciated and, of course, would be tax deductible. All donors will receive a receipt for their donation, free advertising on our website, Facebook page, bi-monthly publication of our Club Newsletter, The Slobber, and in our National Specialty participant catalog.
Thank you for being a part of our show!
