Hi, I am Shariq and I'm a business Graduate. Currently I am working at a Research Company Kerlo Research as a Clinical Research Coordinator. I look for different business ideas and do research on them and analyze how they are beneficial for society or how will they create convenience for the users.
Apart from many ideas, I came up with a idea to bring innovation in the most growing industry worldwide, which is REAL ESTATE. I have a idea and a plan to execute once I am up with the funds, this digitalization will help and make Real Estate decision convenient for either parties at their comfort, with just having a smart device.
I will appreciate everyone's support, contribution, appreciation and participation in this project. And I make sure once its physical all the investors will be have a good return in near future according to their investment. Please also research on your own about it. or anyone is free to reach out to me for any query.

I am looking to raise funds of $0.275M, which will include the development of the website development, mobile application development, data lead generation, data analysis, networking, development of team, Networking with the legal departments related to real estate dealings.
On every deal get a SURPRISING dividend. which include the fee and the commission. Yes this is exciting!
The project is reaching beyond what the goal is and in near future I'm looking into expand it globally.

There are variety of reasons that this project can help the world, for example if you are in a different state and you find a property in an other state you can lock it through the app for a limited time which will legally give you preference to deal, this is not last after then every further process will be on your smart device and you will be the OWNER in a short time as compare to the common techniques.
