It is normal if, due to aging, pregnancy, or weight loss, there is a decrease in the size of our natural butt's plumpness. It’s natural, and there's nothing to worry about. But if someone wants to fix it, they can go for butt sculpting methods. So, let's know a few things about this term and its methods.

What is butt sculpting?

It is a cosmetic surgical, or non-surgical procedure to change the size and appearance of our buttocks. They boost the fullness and roundness of the butts and improve its overall appearance.

Facts about butt sculpting

● Butt implants are different from breast implants

● Surgeon's skill plays an important role in the success of your surgery

● We should not sit after surgery

● More men are opting for this in today's generation

● As per popular belief, the implants do not always end negatively; the results can also be natural looking

● Can have long lasting results.

● This doesn't change our skin quality

● A health check-up is necessary beforehand

Surgical butt sculpting method

Our skin starts to sag with increasing age, including our butts and other body parts. If we have lost a huge amount of weight, are overweight, or have average weight but want to have fuller buttocks, then this method can be considered.

Before this method, a prior overall health check is a must. We need to stop smoking, have a stable weight, and follow doctors prescribed routine.

Before the procedure:

It starts in the hospital or a surgical clinic where the person is made unconscious with the help of anesthesia. A tube will be placed into the bladder to collect urine.

During the procedure:

It takes two to five hours. An incision is made, and the excess skin below is pulled up to lift the buttocks.

After the procedure:

The incision is covered by surgical dressing. The team helps the patient to walk to prevent the formation of blood clots. Moderate pain can be felt, and antibiotics and medication are continued.

This surgery gives a toned appearance to the buttocks, and regular weight maintenance is required for ensuring long-lasting results.

Non-surgical butt sculpting method

Non-surgical processes include injectable butt lifts, which are cosmetic procedures that give shape, curve, and volume to the buttocks using fat injections or derma fillers.

They are considered safe as long as an experienced professional performs them. It is more convenient than a butt implant, with low risk and less downtime.

A few types of injectable butt lifts are Sculpture butt lifts, and Brazilian butt lifts procedure.

Sculpture butt lifts or derma fillers are the only procedures that are truly non-surgical methods available. Brazilian butt lifts and the other ones are considered surgical, and these come with risks and require anesthesia.

For injectable butt lifts, the person must have overall good health with no history of severe health complications. If the body has low fat, then the derma fillers option should be considered.

After the procedure, work can be resumed within a day or two, so minimal recovery time is needed. Some soreness or aching can be expected but it decreases within a week.

The results may vary and can take several months. The results of Sculptra are not permanent.  With the Brazilian or other butt lifts process, the results are immediate.

Therefore, there are two methods of butt sculpting, one surgical and the other non-surgical. Surgical methods require an experienced surgeon where buttocks are lifted through surgery, and this is a critical process. It takes time to recover, but the results are long-lasting, whereas non-surgical methods are injectable butt lifts that don't require any surgery and take less time to recover.
