The joy of serving the deaf elderly in community in the current situation covid19 pandemic. The proposal the creation of Relief Programme that will give opportunity to the deaf elderly in the community to be getting Relief Package Distribution then against the Hungary in the emergency of covid19 in a medium size of deaf elderly in Zaria community.
