I and my awesome teammates are all gearing up to run in the Nashville Half Marathon, April 27, 2019, to raise funds and support for my dad, David Lovell. He was diagnosed in October with stage IV rectal and liver cancer.
My dad, David Lovell, is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met. Not many 59 year olds still work outside every day, then usually head home to keep working on whatever project he can find. When he's not working, he's hunting, loving on his grandbabies, or helping someone. He knows no stranger and makes a friend wherever he goes. Just as he does with everything else, he has taken this diagnosis in stride, but has worked hard at beating this like he would another "job." This money will be used to help lighten the load of medical bills being sent to him and my mom daily. We are grateful for your support in any form, whether it be money, time, food, visits, prayers (we always want those!).
