We are having a Christmas party!
Davao Wildlife Conservation Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to conservation, research, education, and quality animal care. They're also dedicated to preserving Davao's wildlife.
Starting in 2003, the center has taken part in a program to reintroduce the Ermines back in Davao after a 100-year absence. An Ermine is a mammal of the genus Mustela of the family Mustelidae. The genus Mustela includes the least weasels, polecats, stoats, ferrets and minks. Members of this genus are small, active predators, with long and slender bodies and short legs. The family Mustelidae is often referred to as the "weasel family".
This project is a joint effort with the Davao Department of Fish & Game and other conservation groups.
