How Covid created my podcasts success

How Covid created my podcasts success

From Christopher S Rutter

We are a growing podcast with aspirations of going full time- we both work in "essential" jobs and we're on the front lines. This paradigm made us realize its time to put our talent to use. As a result we need your help!

Best friends for 20 years that have plenty to say! Joe and Chris host a podcast that begins with an interview with a complete stranger about their current favorite show (TV) to binge. Thru a series of questions the guys try to guess if they've heard of the show before or not. Some shows they can and others they get stumped and haven't ever heard of it. Either way the guys then watch the pilot and at least 3 or 4 episodes of the show and come back and review it. The rating system is simple: it's either watchable or it isn't and if it is they rate it on a scale of 1 to 10.

Thru digital technology we are able to release these episodes all in one piece. However we are only using a Chromebook and 2 old Android phones to record, edit and publish these episodes. As a team we have great chemistry as well as a endless supply of topical material and guests. But we quickly are getting to the point where being able to be mobile with good equipment and editing with pro quality software are becoming extremely important to take the next step to be on YouTube, TikTok etc.Becoming monetized is what's next and that's where your help is going to help us get to next! Below is the link to our Publishing page with all episodes included. Please listen if you would, you'll see that the talent is there, if not very raw but still it's there. If you see the platform and the idea has the merit- Help a couple idiot's out and be in from the very beginning of what is going to be a show that continues with or without commercial success and will be an endless source of entertainment and information!
