COVID Relief Fund for Bartenders and Servers

Who we are supporting 

We are raising money to support the servers and bartenders who have been impacted by Covid-19. We all have our favorite watering hole & our favorite servers. They are there for us in the good times and the bad. Now it is our turn to be there for them! 

When the doors closed to our favorite wineries and breweries, the servers & bartenders - who normally put a smile on our face - were no longer able to earn wages and take home tips. Members of the community and organizations have come together to support the businesses and businesses owners, however, we want to put the focus on the individuals that make these venues so great! These individuals need your support. They have shared in your stories and celebrations for years. Now it is your turn to support them. 

Two ways you can help: 

1. Donate: $10, $20, $50, $100, $2,359 - anything helps!

2. Purchase a custom designed Support Local T-shirt: 100% of the profits go to the servers & bartenders

How the funds will be distributed? 

All funds will be distributed between the various participating venue's by means of gift cards that can be used at local grocery stores, eateries, and other essential businesses. This is to ensure the money will go to the employees and stays within the local community.

5% of the funds raised will be donated to the US Bartenders Guild Foundation, which has raised over $6 million dollars to help bartenders, bar backs, and servers who are in need of financial assistance as a result of the COVID-19. 

This fundraiser has been organized by GYDO | Get Your Drink On.  This is our contribution to the community we are so heavily involved with. Our goal is to raise sufficient funds to support the staff at all participating venue's.

FAQS

• Donations of $35 or more to the campaign will make you eligible to receive a T-shirt 
• Profits from the campaign benefit the "GYDO Covid Relief Fund for Bartenders and Servers" (this fund). 
• Please enter your T-shirt size in the comment box on the donation form if you would like to receive a T-shirt. You will receive a "Thank You" email with instructions on how to confirm your order. 
• If you would like to purchase multiple shirts, make the appropriate donation amount in increments of $35. Please add the sizes to the comment box on the donation form. You will receive a "Thank You" email with instructions on how to confirm your order. 
• T-shirts will be shipped after the close of the campaign (May 31) and sent to the mailing address provided by the donation form. You can change your shipping address by responding to the confirmation email you receive.  
• If you wish to donate and do not want to receive a shirt, please note that in the comment box of donation form, or by responding to the confirmation email. 
• Who will receive the funds? Servers and bartenders of our partner venues that have been impacted by the Covid crisis. The venues will determine who is eligible based on this criteria.
