Educated in The Americas, Europe and also in Asia. Truly international education he is multilingual and has lived and travels extensively all over the world.

A rich background Architecture Designer, BS International Relations also holds a Ll.M.-International Law and International Organizations and a JD – Juris Doctor from Sorbonne University in Paris.

Holds two diplomas from The Hague Academy of International Law awarded to only twenty five people worldwide . They include International Trade Law and Law of the Seas.

The Conference of the Parties (COP) is the supreme body of the Convention, that is, its highest decision-making authority. It is an association of all the countries that are Parties to the Convention.

Has a rare knowledge of International Relations, International Business, Technology, Economics and Legal Aspects among other topics including Clean Development Mechanism, Sustainable Development as well as Capacity Building and their Regulations. As his rich background encompasses Technology and regulations he is the designer of the First ever Public International Law and Climate Change Engineering University Degrees in the World.

In the 90s he also accumulated an interest in other relevant fields such as Information Technology and designed a Ll.M. Information Technology Law as well as the first ever in the World MBA E-Commerce and Global Management.

He also designed Airlines and Hospitality Management including Aircraft Gas Emission and another degree in Banking and Financial Institutions including Climate Change Stock Markets.

As Climate Change is a very representative market he also designed Syllabus dedicated to Marketing in Climate Change.

He established the link between Dental Sciences and Public International Law and is pushing to be included at United Nations meetings as Universal Age Assessment Protocol.

Also Designed a Degree on this field of expertise to Dental Schools.

Designed a Degree on Climate Change for Medical Schools including Phitovirus.
