Club season is here and Claire has made a national travel team this season! She loves Oregon Premier Volleyball, the club she moved to last year, where she is playing on the 16U National team. As her skills improve and she rises in the ranks of her beloved sport, the fees increase as well. This season everyone in our family are helping with the club and she received a partial scholarship. Even with this the expenses are substantial, especially with some of the other challenges our family is facing. Her team plays in Honolulu, Las Vegas, and possibly two additional fly away tournaments in addition to weekend tournaments around the Pacific Northwest.
Thank you for considering helping Claire pursue her athletic dreams. Everyone that donates gets a handmade (by mom Michelle) and hand written (by Claire) card. For anyone that contributes $100 or more we will also send a special photo gift (by dad Brian).
We thank you all for your support of Claire and her Passion for Volleyball!
Early Season Update:
Claire and Michelle traveled to Hawaii in January with the team and some family friends. The team performed amazingly well! They went 5-2 for the weekend advancing from unranked to finish 9th overall! The trip was focused on volleyball, but our group visited Pearl Harbor, the Dole Pineapple Plantation, and spent some time on the beach while they were there.
They returned home to place first in their first regional tournament of the season across the river in Vancouver. They went 3-1 on the day to move up substantially in the regional rankings.
