We are raising money to purchase toys for underprivileged kids located on the West and South sides of Chicago with the Childcare Advocates United and the non profit centers: West Austin and Pill Hill Development Centers.

Child Care Advocate United will be partnering with The NYCE Network for Women along with West Austin and Pill Hill Development Centers to distribute toys and coats to underprivileged kids on December 15, 16 and 17.

"We know some families are having a tough time and the need for Christmas assistance is even greater in our community this year," said Charles Edwards, NYCE Network founder and president. "We are honored to have the CCAU organization, along with the West Austin and Pill Hill childcare centers partnering with us to ensure we spread Christmas joy to area children in impoverished neighborhoods whose parents may not be in a position to buy them toys this holiday season.

Businesses and individuals are asked to safely deliver donations or unwrapped toys for children ages two to 12 to the West Austin Development Center located at 4520 West Madison Avenue or at the Pill Hill location located at 8802 S. Stoney Island between the hours of 9am til 4pm. 

Donations can also be made by visiting the site or on Fundly. All contributions will go through the West Austin Development Center not-for-profit 501(c)3 and are tax deductible.

NYCE Network for Women is a community-based organization committed to providing tools and resources through designed programs to inspire disadvantaged women to become professionals and business leaders in their communities.The mission is to is to connect disadvantaged women with solutions and resources that accelerate their income, growth potential, education, and socio-economic standing.

CCAU (Childare Advocates United) is a Chicagoland childcare organization comprised of over 1,100 black and brown owned daycare center and childcare provider owners.
