Cats Medical Issues

Cats Medical Issues

From James Austin

I’m raising money for my best friend, Taco. All help will go towards his medical bills. I have had Taco since he was teeny tiny, about 5 weeks old. He is sick, and needs help.

I rescued Taco from the humane society when he only was about 5 weeks old. I first fostered then realized I couldn’t let him go so I adopted him! I renamed him Taco right off the bat because he wouldn’t stop trying to play fight with me for my Tacos. The truth is, he really rescued me at the end of the day. He’s been my best friend since, has went with me EVERY where, and shows me unconditional love no matter what. He waits at the front door for me when he hears my truck pull up like a dog. He is the sweetest, most talkative cat in the world. He’s been sick since I rescued him, because he was found in a barn with a wolf worm and maggots in his throat. They surgically removed it and said he would be kind of a special needs cat considering the fact it ate some of his nasal cavity and such. So every day I wipe my Tacos booger’s away from his nose and eyes - and make sure he can breathe ( not be clogged up ). Every day. I’d come home straight from work, and worry to death about him while at work because he’s my heart. Recently I took him to the vet, just for them to tell me that my one year old car now has a tumor in his nasal cavity. Which at the moment, it isn’t the biggest but is growing every day. This cat is my world and I’m doing everything in my power to get him this surgery so my Taco can be back to normal. Some say “it’s just a cat” but this cat is literally my child. I don’t want to lose him so soon.
