Legal Battle against Kern County Sheriffs

Legal Battle against Kern County Sheriffs

From Alexandra Wilson

After being defrauded and robbed of our home by Kern County Sheriffs Deputies in 2016, funds from this campaign will help us continue to expose what happened and obtain justice.

More Info

In 2016 we were suddenly and unexpectedly made broke and homeless by 5 Sheriff's deputies and a building inspector who trespassed into our home, arrested us, then defrauded us of nearly everything we owned.  Finding legal assistance to take on the local sheriffs was nowhere to be found, so our only option was to compile our testimony and evidence, file a claim against the county ourselves, then post it all on line for anyone to see. As of March 2020, we've made our case public here:

It is our hope that many people will read our case, support this fundraiser, and keep following the case as we continue broadcasting updates as soon as they occur.  We're currently awaiting a response to the claims we filed on 3-12-2020.

Fighting legal battles against government officials feels extremely   daunting because it seems like "they will never hold themselves accountable," however we hope that by making this public and disclosing all the facts alongside what the law actually reads, the truth will come to light and we may eventually get restitution to recover from our losses.

If We Reach Our Fundraising Goal:

For a $100 donation, we'll send a copy of How to Legally Claim Abandoned Real Estate to you.  For $150 you'll receive 2 copies, and for $200 you'll receive 4 copies.  If we win our case, we'll post the book online for free!

Please support our  fundraiser in whatever way you can - whether financially or by sharing it on Facebook, Twitter, by email, and/or by other means.  We need all the help we can get.  Thank you so much for caring!
