Just over a year ago, Cameron was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia. He spent the next year in and out of the hospital, enduring blood transfusions, chemo, two failed bone marrow transplants, and countless other tests and treatments. His parents stood by their baby, doing the best they could to continue allowing Cameron a normal life despite his illness. Annushka and Jeronald have had to change work schedules and jobs at times, to ensure that someone could be with Cameron at all times, and that financial burden alone is more than many could take.
Unfortunately after the failed bone marrow transplants, there was little else the doctors could do, and on March 22nd Cameron passed away, leaving his parents grieving in a way no one should ever have to understand.
Please join me in offering them condolences and assistance however you can. Annushka and Jeronald are incredible people, and need the love and support of their friends and family at this time.
