If the police totally sit back, crime will soar because the general population steals, murders, does drugs and all sorts of crime. Our police departments seem to foster a culture of bullying and abuse that should never have been tolerated, let alone fostered and fawned uponThe entire population, including the police, generally need better education. When the body count drops, investors will get pissed and those with $$$$ are going to demand change.
