Why Alaska?

We traveled across America bringing unity, healing and hope through culture, art, and the jingle dress dance for the past two years during COVID-19. The girls danced the traditional jingle dress dance to heal the people and protect the sacred during these troubling times. We started our project and received many requests from people to bring our project to Alaska. We made this one of our goals to bring healing to the Alaskan Native people and land. We are ready to make this happen since travel restrictions have been lifted. When we go to Alaska, we want to meet with the youth, elderly and community to share our knowledge, to dance on their land and to document this unique opportunity through photography and video. And most importantly, we want to learn from them. We are asking for your support to make this trip come true.

Ahe'hee'! (Thank you!)
