More Info

On January 14, 2021 we received the heartbreaking news that our dear brother Arnel has pancreatic cancer metastasis: an MRI scan revealed a huge lump on his pancreas and two smaller lumps by his liver and gallbladder. The prognosis is grim; the doctor has ordered a stop to pain medication as it can no longer help; an operation is also no longer an option due to the advance stage of his illness.

Arnel is the primary breadwinner for his family… and more: he is a caring husband to Melchie with whom he has been married for 18 years now; he is a loving father to four children, Zhera 18, Jeremiah 16, Ezekiel, 14 and Elija 13, whom he guides towards a deeper relationship with God; he is the music minister whose songs lead others to worship; he is the brother who is always ready to crack a joke; he is the friend that you can always count on during your most difficult times.

He is now in a very difficult time. Arnel needs our help.

The intermittent severe pain caused by his illness prevents Arnel from working.  Melchie on the other hand needs to constantly be by Arnel’s side to ensure he gets the care he needs. She nevertheless is making ways to earn a little for their everyday needs.  She is selling food online, however the profit is not enough to make ends meet. This situation puts their family in grave financial difficulty.

Despite this, Arnel remains hopeful and spiritually strong. He is ready to fight! Please help him in this fight by easing the financial burden this illness causes so he can focus on the physical and emotional battle. We, his siblings, humbly ask for your support. Your donation will be used for natural alternative medication as this is our only option to prolong his life and to completely heal him with God's grace and blessing.

Any help you can give will go a long way. May God bless your kind heart.
