Seattle friends (and friends from all over): a celebration is in the works for Monday, February 18th from 4-8pm at Fado Irish Pub (801 1st Ave, Seattle, WA).
Anyone who knew April Wyrick knew what a vibrant force of nature she was. She dedicated her life to social justice, and fought with every ounce of her little ferocious self for others. She loved her family deeply, including her twin sister, Christa, her brother Damion, her nephew Rick and niece Chloe.
April lived all over the world, including in New Mexico, Seattle, Lawrence, Guatemala and Australia. She touched people everywhere that she went, and everywhere she went, she always thought of others.
April died suddenly in Seattle this past week. We do not have many details, but do not believe this was intentional. We will share details as we learn them and when appropriate.
Memorials are being planned in both Seattle and at the end of February in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Details for those events will be shared when they are available.
Thank you to anyone who had fun with and loved April. She is deeply loved and missed.
