Midway Through the Pandemic, I made a grand decision to go back to Graduate School. I found a program as a part of the American University of Rome. The Masters in Food Studies program is a 2-year program that finds ways to use food as a medium for discussing Sustainability, Food Waste, and many other ways food and food culture influence our society. As someone who hasn't decided how they want to help bring food justice to places around the world in the future, I felt the direction of this program was the first step in that direction.
The Funds from this campaign will go towards my flight, my housing, and potentially any other personal considerations I may need during my first semester. My flight is roughly $500 and my apartment search has come to approximately $800-1200.
