Update #1

Due to the growing concern of being removed from this platform and fees on this site, this fundraiser has been moved to the following site:

You do not need to do anything different. Donations are still going to fund the lawsuit against the School Board and the City of Gainesville..

In relation to the COG, a temporary injunction was granted, and the COG employees no longer have a "vaccinate or terminate" policy. That is a win!

Rejoice briefly, but continue to keep up the pressure. We cannot relax in the face of victory.

Friends,

As you know, Alachua County has gone to war against the State Government, essentially declaring itself to be in open rebellion and defiance of all State Health Department instructions.

And they’ve put our children on the front lines.

And, for some inexplicable reason, the Legislature stubbornly refuses to meet to fix this with a law.

Meanwhile, the City of Gainesville has ordered every City employee to get vaccinated or be fired

This is plainly illegal under the Florida Constitution’s broad right of bodily autonomy.

The City doesn’t care about workers like a former Gulf War veteran, who was required to take an experimental vaccine and developed Gulf War syndrome.

We HAVE to stop this lawlessness.

I ask you, reader, to consider something of dire importance.

Is our government limited or limitless?

It's an important question. The implications of this entire ordeal rise above a mask or even a vaccine mandate. Our local government is REFUSING to follow the law.

If they get away with it, there’s literally NOTHING they can’t do.

There are ALREADY some truly awful laws on the books, just waiting to be abused by unaccountable bureaucrats.

Under a 2003 law, Florida’s State Health Officer may use “any means necessary to vaccinate or treat” you, according to Florida Statutes 381.00315.

Did you read that?

Read it one more time.

The unaccountable bureaucrats in our local government are telling us that we MUST inject something into our bodies or we will risk losing employment, which clearly means losing your entire livelihood.

These issues are not left, right, or middle issues. This is an “all hands on deck” issue. OUR government IS not following the rules, the LAW.

Some of you may rejoice to know that there's a mask mandate or even a vaccine mandate.

I understand that.

But this is BIGGER than these mandates.

It’s not just about what they HAVE done. It’s about what they WILL DO.

The government MUST be restrained, and quickly or we risk losing much more than our freedom to choose what covers our faces.

There are a lot of people who are crying out for help, and we are rushing to the front lines, but we need YOUR help to provide ammunition and supplies.

Remember, political tides change.

If you give away your rights now, you will surely suffer when the party in control changes.

I ask you, reader, humbly for the greatest donation you can afford.

Our Republic needs YOU to fight for it!

Our FREEDOM needs YOU to fight for it!

WE NEED THE PEOPLE TO FIGHT FOR IT!

God Bless You and God Bless Florida!
