I want to be funding for Start Agriculture Project. India ranks second worldwide in farm outputs. As per 2018, agriculture employed more than 50℅ of the Indian work force and contributed 17%–18% to country's GDP. Today and in our future also depend in Agriculture. We all Need Food. I want to Start Agriculture Project because Agriculture is the foundation of manufactures, since the productions of nature are the materials of art. It is impossible to have a healthy and sound society without a proper respect for the soil. Agriculture was the first occupation of man, and as it embraces the whole earth, it is the foundation of all other industries. Agriculture's not insulated from having a percentage of people who might be really good old graziers, but they're no good as business people. Agriculture has become essential to life; the forest, the lake, and the ocean cannot sustain the increasing family of man; population declines with a declining cultivation, and nations have ceased to be with the extinction of their agriculture. The agriculture we seek will act like an ecosystem, feature material recycling and run on the contemporary sunlight of our star. Agriculture is the greatest and fundamentally the most important of our industries. The cities are but the branches of the tree of national life, the roots of which go deeply into the land. We all flourish or decline with the farmer.

Products information :-Black pepper plantation - We have planted Black Pepper in this space. For example, spices in this place. Pepper, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom. There are many benefits to using this product commercially. Only by Black pepper can a good yield be obtained. For example. If pepper is released on 3000 red mohagni, let's say 5 pepper vines are left on 1 tree, then one pepper vine can grow up to 5 kg. This means that 25 kg of pepper can be obtained from one plant like 5 pepper vines. But the time required for this is 2 years. As the pepper vine gets older, its yield increases. Suppose if we leave pepper on 3000 trees, 3000 x 25 kg = 75000 kg will be produced. At present, the minimum price of pepper in the market is Rs 500 and the maximum is Rs 1000 per kg.

Farming Project Proposal 

This proposal is related to purchase of agricultural land and trees on it. This agricultural land is at Sawantwadi in Konkan. The climate, water and soil of this place are very useful and good. Land and water are a gift from nature, rich in minerals and nutrients.

Electricity is available & Water supply river & boar both sides. River for Tree & Boar for drinking water. I attached Property details (Photo & 7/12) and Project Report for your information and Records.

Trees information on farm land at Sawantwadi: -

 1] Green / Saag tress : - 300 numbers. It's been 25 years.

2] Cashews trees: - 200 numbers Cashew yield is on.

3] Coconut trees: -100 numbers The yield of coconut is on.

4] Betel nut trees: - 50 numbers.

5] American Red Mahogany: -3000 trees. These trees have completed 7 years.

6] Mango: - There are 10 mango trees.

7] Pepper: - Pepper vine is planted here. Here the pepper plant product can be taken commercially.

The spice plant can be planted here. For example, pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom,

etc.

1] Cashew and coconut - production is going on. The annual income is 6 to 7 lakhs. It will take another 2 years for the income of betel nut to come.

2] Green / Saag trees - A good yield of 100 Green / saag trees can be obtained at present. According to the information we have drawn, the price of teak is Rs. 2500 / - per /sq.ft. Even if you get 25 ft of wood from one tree, 25 ft * 2500 = 62500 a tree. So 62500 * 100 = 62,50,000/- from 100 trees is our math.

3] American Red Mahogany -The wood of this tree is used to make plywood. And the leaf is used  to make medicine for mosquitoes. These trees are now 7 years old. The current height of this tree is between 13 to 15 feet. It will take another 10 years to get wood from the tree. The wood of this tree is currently sold at Rs. 1200 to 1500 per / sq. ft. Therefore, good yield can be obtained from this plant in next 8 to 10 years.

Calculation of income after next 8 years: - Suppose you get 30 per /sq.ft of wood from 1 tree and you get per /sq.ft. Even if the price is fixed at Rs. 1500, after 8 years, the calculation of its income = 30 x 1500 = 45000 / - per tree. Income Even if we sell only 1000 trees, its income is around 45 million. So the yield from this plant is very good.

4] Black pepper plantation  - We have planted Black Pepper in this space. We had a small income here. For example, spices in this place. Pepper, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom.
