To fund an annual prize, honoring the late Dr. Adrianne Wadewitz, and awarded to the best digital humanities project by an Indiana University English grad student
Dr. Adrianne Wadewitz was a pioneer in the digital humanities, and her teaching, scholarship, and work with the Wikimedia Foundation touched many people across the world. Adrianne passionately believed in the power of technology and digital communication to revolutionize scholarship and teaching.
To help keep Adrianne's legacy alive, the Indiana University English department has agreed to establish an annual award, the Adrianne Wadewitz Memorial Prize, given to honor the best graduate student project in the digital humanities. We hope to raise at least $5000, enough to fund a substantial annual award for years to come.
Please consider making a generous donation to this fund and helping to inspire the next generation of Adriannes!
