We are raising money to fund the building of a memorial stage in tribute to Timothy Alan Moore. All funds will be used to build an addition to our existing pavilion and enclose 2 rooms in our barn for private parties.
Things are progressing and my heart is full! Along with the donations posted here, we have received several in-person donations that puts us closer to $13,500. Every one of you that donates, whether I am personally able to get back to you or not, brings a smile to my face and gratitude to my heart. Because of this preliminary success, I felt comfortable telling the contractors to get started with the stage! And so they did, in just one day our amazing team built the foundation and deck and roof! I am so excited because this means that we will be able to host our big ALL DAY fundraiser concert/14th Anniversary celebration here on the new stage foundation! On July 3rd, we will be hosting an all day concert, beginning at noon and going until 11pm, with 6 bands and fireworks over the vineyard. We will also have free Blaufrankisch wine tastings, a blind wine tasting event, olive oil tastings, lawn games, wine slushies, and 3 food trucks on sight! I can just see Tim smiling upon us from all around. The band line up is as follows:
12pm: Barn Salt Band
1:30pm: Big Blue House with Brian Burley
3:00pm: John Bolger Trio
4:30pm: Dream Bar female fronted soul
6:00pm-7:00pm KARAOKE HOUR!!
7:30pm: White Woods
9:00pm: Mosaic Foundation
11:00pm: Fireworks over the vineyard!!
The artists are all generously donating their time to this wonderful event so that the ticket sales can all go towards the fundraiser. $20/half day ticket. $40/full day ticket. I am amazed by the generosity of spirit of so many. I am hopeful that with this fundraiser we can get close to $20,000k to add to the completion of the stage. Please continue to share our campaign--it means so much to all of us here at Inspire Moore, and especially to me as this is my memorial to Tim and the power of all of his dreams. In gratitude, Diane
This campaign has been heart touching for me. It is so wonderful to see all the people who have donated to this project in honor of my dear husband. I know he is smiling down. We still have a ways to go though. And the contractors are starting this week on the building! The cost of lumber is so expensive these days. I would love to hit $10,000 before they start. I know so many of you have shared this already, but if you could email/share with your friends and anyone who has been to Inspire Moore to enjoy a glass of wine, listen to music, enjoyed the views...it means so much to us all. Gratefully, Diane.
It's now been 2 weeks and we are so thankful to all of you who have given to this dream. Things definitely slowed down last week, which made me a little nervous as I was meeting with the contractor to talk about getting started with the building by mid May. But I have to believe--believe this is meant to be and that the donations will continue and this dream will come to fruition. Please donate something if you haven't already and share with your friends...every little bit helps! I know Tim was loved, and I know his winery is loved...it means more than you can know to be supported this way. In gratitude, Diane (This photo is right where the stage will be built--in between the barn and the end of the Pavilion!)
It has officially been one week since we began the campaign. It is amazing to see the generosity and support shown so far. It makes my heart happy for Tim--he is remembered and loved and obviously a tribute to him is important to others as well. Thank you all, so much. We had our first music debut since 2019 down at the Pavilion this weekend--it was lovely and magical and I remembered again just how wonderful that space is and the potential it holds. Please spread the word to help us achieve this goal--this project is so necessary to complete the dream.
In gratitude and love, Diane
