Ava has the honor of competing in the 30th Annual Twenty Pearls Virtual Scholarship Pageant. This pageant is being presented by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Pi Chi Omega Chapter of West Memphis, Arkansas.

Ava Marie is a graduating senior at the Academies of West Memphis Charter School in West Memphis, AR. She is a member of Greenwood CME Church where she is active on the praise team. 

Ava has been performing since age 9, and is a phenomenal actress in her own right. Notable local performances with Delta Arts include the character of "Baloo" in The Jungle Book Junior; "Donkey" in Shrek The Musical, Junior; and "Rafiki" in The Lion King Junior. With Hatillo Theater, her most memorable performance was of "Georgia", the best friend of Akeela in Akeela & The Bee. Currently, she has landed the role of "Lucy" in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown.

Ava Marie, while participating in choir, has earned the Director's Award, the role of section leader, all-region qualifier, and most recently, achieving All-State. 

Ava Marie will be attending Miles College, a private historically black liberal arts college in Fairfield, AL, in the fall. 

The contestant to raising the most money will be crowned “Miss Pink and Green”. 

The contestant scoring the highest overall points will be crowned “Miss Twenty Pearls”.
