2nd Chance Building Materials

2nd Chance Building Materials

From Sherri Clarke

We encourage individuals and businesses to not just demo but donate and deduct. We are needing a 26' box truck with power lift in order to better service our communities with delivery/pick up of Materials and labor.

Update #2

We are raising awareness at the local farmer's markets that you can get a tax write off for your building materials. We can even suggest an appraiser that can do full home remodels. This pandemic has been a difficult time for all of us. With building materials doubling in the last year, isn't nice to know you've got a friend in the business that understands your budget?

More Info

Don't Just Demo. Donate and Deduct!

We have saved thousands of tons of building materials and soft goods(i.e. furniture, art, household goods) from our landfills and redistributed them throughout our communities. We employ local workers needing a 2nd Chance too. We are needing to purchase a moving truck as demand is high and revenues are low. We feel everyone deserves a 2nd Chance in their lives. Hopefully you do too!

Update #1

We are currently presenting our ideas of recycling building materials to the Palm Springs Sustainability Commission and the City of La Quinta. We are also at the Farmers Markets in Palm Springs, La Quinta and Palm Desert. Great connections are being made for future generations that will automatically know to recycle is to save our little piece of our beautiful planet.
