We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization excited about our upcoming program May 27 -31, 2019 at St. Luke's Hospital Anua Offot in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria!
2018 MISSION ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Services for 1,784 patients
- Performed the FIRST Minimally Invasive Surgeries in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria (Laparoscopy)
- Donated Laparoscopic Surgery Tower and Instruments for continued training
- Examined >2000 patients and distributed 1,116 free eyeglasses
- Performed >260 minor and major surgeries
- 310 focused checkups with free medications
- 97 dental procedures with 500 free toothbrushes
In March 2019, we hosted the first Endoscopy/Laparoscopic Surgery Training Program within Akwa Ibom State.
For our 2nd Annual Surgical, Medical, Dental, and Optometry Mission, we want to accomplish even more! We will work to improve quality of life through safe healthcare services for the underprivileged while providing continuing education for the medical community.
